    You do realize that servers were full at the end of Beta 4 and are still locked at EA start means that those Beta 4's pre ordered the game and are playing now. Making this an extremely successful launch.

    Also I'm Legacy and I'm playing on a non Legacy server with my Tattoo on display and My Legacy Chocobo Whistle ready for when I get my GC license. So Yes Legacy can play on non legacy. Just have to start from lvl 1

    Not all of them are locked to new characters. I was able to create a character on Balmung (NA Legacy) this morning with absolutely no problems.
