Did not receive mail with code for early acces

This is what they answered me:

"If you have pre-ordered the PC version of the game from the Square Enix Store, the pre-order bonus codes due to be sent out on 20th and 21st August to customers who pre-ordered the game on the SE Store are still being sent and we hope to have these with you in the next 24 to 36 hours. We deeply apologise for the delay and thank you for your understanding."

yeah some people seem to get a code in live chat but i can't find EU live chat
and makes me that there is no response from Dev's about this problem

That would be because there is no EU live chat. Just as there is no acknowledgement from Square Enix that some EU players never got their early access codes........or if they did and redeemed them may not have got their 20 digit windows key.

They have opened customer support for NA players over the weekend, and acknowledged and implemented a fix for NA players.
Guess we EU players are third class and don't rate getting anything

i got at the same time the same and a difforent problem im a lagacy member and i cant get on i didnt get an email ither and they said id get in early access so what do you guys think?
