    submit tickets but thats not really gonna help so only thing you can do is wait and hope you get the code soon

    Yeah, for some reason eu from se store doesn't get the 18 code, they were supposed to get a 2nd email with the 20 code before early access. NA got the 18code with the original email and had to use it to get the 20.

    When I purchased, I did not get the 6-3-6-3 code in my email, either. They, however, emailed me a few days later.

    "FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Pre-Order Bonus Code

    It has come to our attention that you recently ordered FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn from the Square Enix Online Store, but did not receive your pre-order bonus code."

    And provided me with the two codes I was owed. So, it's not really an NA/EU thing so much as some of the receipt emails were screwed up. Try contacting SE about it?

    i did contact them sended them a ticket on thursday arround noon yesterday i got an autoresponse:

    "Thank you for contacting the SQUARE ENIX Support Centre.

    This email has been sent to notify you that your ticket was received properly. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the delay in responding to your ticket directly."

    and that was it so more waiting

    Yeah, their email support is garbage. I waited nearly 48hrs, no response, not even the automated one. Finally cancelled the ticket after I fixed the issue myself.

    Same thing happened to me, i oredered the digital ce from gamestop still said for pre ordering will get early access but no e-mail, about to hit them and see what they say

    as far as i know yes hope code gets send to us or they anwser the ticket and give a code. if they anwser the ticket at all
