you just said so yourself that you bought it on Aug 15 -17, so you probably shouldn't even be on this thread. go play ff14:arr! XDFYI I bought the CE on PSN but luckily I ordered it after the 15-17. I don't think it's fair that those who had issues would get a $30-$60 game for free just for missing out on 3 days early start while those who didn't have issues get nothing.
And why should SE give a free month subscription to all those who preordered whether they had issues or not? Because SE risks alienating the customers who paid. Giving equal compensation, it does not have to be in a form of a one month free subscription, would be a better choice and everyone will be happy.
i bought it from SE store on august 18 and i still cant play.... invalid as well...
and i have redeemed the code 5 times and got the same 12 digits for ps3 for download and still cant....
My sentiments exactly. If its not resolved by end of day, I don't know if I can continue to support them though. It'll kill me but if we take it, they'll just keep doing it.It would be nice to get a message letting us know they're working on it. While Diablo 3 is sounding better all the time, I'm a Final Fantasy die hard. I LOVE this series. If it just takes time for them to sort things out then I'm all for it. But again, it would be nice for them to let us know we've not been forgotten.
I'm having the same damn problem... bought the collectors via PSN on Aug15, playd the beta phase 4, got the receipt via email with no pre access code.. when I try to log in the game it says "No valid or active service account is available to play FFXIV ARR".....
theres always a damn problem with SE it pisses me off that other than here theres no comment about this problem... Its like for them everythings fine... And i live in the caribbean

I figured you bought it after the problem date and had NO PROBLEMS thus requiring NO COMPENSATION. And how is that not fair? They decided to be a nice company and give back the money for a game which we can't play and for the inconvenience given the game free. It was a smart move on their part cause I almost decided to stop supporting them.FYI I bought the CE on PSN but luckily I ordered it after the 15-17. Those who didnt get the issue get their game ad their play time. Lets say you bought ice cream, got it, and is now enjoying it. Someone else comes up and before they are handed theirs the merchant drops it. He feels bad and pays for the ice cream out of his own pocket. Do you think he should be your ice cream too to be fair? No he shouldn't. Sit your ass down.

Just gonna add myself to the list here. 6AM PDT and nothing in the msg box.

same here carlo, please like the first post in the thread. hopefully we get the devs attention with that. As far as alienating customers go, i don't think this is true. People who paid for the game and are currently enjoying early access don't care about anything else. They're enjoying early access. They don't even know about this atm, and most will likely never know about the current situation regarding digital CE downloads on PSN and the accompanying lack of access. We're the ones being alienated if there's anyone that fits that category. To say everyone should be compensated for this inconvenience, even if they didn't experience it for themselves is ridiculous.FYI I bought the CE on PSN but luckily I ordered it after the 15-17.
