Why do I have 2 service accounts to choose from and neither has my beta 4 character!

OK guys, I got the fix! But you aren't gonna like it...

Basically we attached our Early Access code to the wrong account. Your P4 characters aren't gone, they are just on the account that is not activated (you can see them as your forum avatars).

A guildmate of mine just gave me another Early Access code, I attached it to the other account, logged in with that account and voila!...my level 20 P4 character is back!

So either:

1) get another code
2) submit a ticket to transfer your code (they will let you do this, but it could take days)
3) start a new character

I only made characters on one account I did not even know of a second one until this morning. So no I did not make any characters on any accounts other than the one I was using for beta 4.

At beta 4 for ps3. It asked me to make another service account or use the default one (but I couldnt link the ps3 to this one, it didnt let me) I made the second one and created my char there. Whenever I tries to play I had to choose between both. 1 didnt let me hit play. 2 did let me and I created my char there. I'll let you know if its still there if that helps

How does one attach a new early access code to Service 2? these directions aren't clear. How are PS3 users going to accomplish this?

Rofl.... this is ridiculous, i'm thinking SE are asleep right now, we have to wait for the next day. Chat is currently unavailable probaly same as contact email too. So I guess we have to wait until on monday for chat available. If it still broken, SE should give us more bonus items like 50,000 gils, gears, or something better because i paid 40$ for it. I'm so damn pissed.

I am in the same boat. Two services show up.
Select #1 and it says "This service account cannot be used in the current environment."
Select #2 and I get character creation screen without my existing character.

This is where I am at. I know my characters are on service account 1, they show up on here as linked to my account. I sent an email to SE about early access code being bound to the wrong service account, but who knows how long it will take to get a response. I got 3102'd pretty early last weekend, so I'm pissed off enough, and now I might miss out on early access as well.
