Why do I have 2 service accounts to choose from and neither has my beta 4 character!

I am in the same boat. Two services show up.
Select #1 and it says "This service account cannot be used in the current environment."
Select #2 and I get character creation screen without my existing character.

This is where I am at. I know my characters are on service account 1, they show up on here as linked to my account. I sent an email to SE about early access code being bound to the wrong service account, but who knows how long it will take to get a response. I got 3102'd pretty early last weekend, so I'm pissed off enough, and now I might miss out on early access as well.

Just fixed my issue using the Amazon trick.

Just checked my service accounts on the SE site. Let me know if you guys see the same thing but the 2nd account was magically created TODAY! Not when I put in my EA code 2 days ago. So this looks like SE's fault, not mine.

When asked to link your accounts you did it with the service account 1?

Yes, you can create a character on the second account. No deactivating the second account only means you won't be able to play on either cause the EA code is attached the second.

I have cancel account as an option not deactivation, and seeing as I do not want to lose my pre-order items or my beta 4 character I do not think canceling either would be wise.

i just tried to login to the new lodestone and it tells me I cant login b/c i have to have a service account with at least one character.....so, the new lodestone doesnt even recognize my phase character?!?!

Im so salty over this because I put in mad work before 3102 last weekend killed off my beta 4 enjoyment, now this issue! It seems like Im getting my character erased because I am just going to have to start a new character again. I do not want to look at the launcher screen screen anymore. This is not alright.
