On second the second acct Im able to pull up NA/EU servers but my character that I made during beta 4 is not on Cactuar and I have 0 characters on any servers so where did my beta 4 character go?

Same problem. I have two accounts (not sure why) one has my Legacy character which I can play, and the other one is my new character that I am starting fresh on. I can play the legacy one but not the new one. What the hell?When I select Start from the main menu options it asks me to choose one of two service accounts Ido not recall making a second separate account seeing as I only pre-ordered one copy. I then login to the first one to get this message "THis service account cannot be used in the current environment. USe of an account on multiple platforms requires proper registration for each platform." error code 3108
Which is strange considering I have only used the Ps3 at my home have not played this
game anywhere but here. So how do I fix this issues and where is my character?
When i select the second account it logs in but with zero characters and I have the option only to make anew one. So I am confused about why I would have two accounts in the first place and why the one that is functional doesnt have any of my beta 4 characters?

does this work even if my code did not give me any problems and I was able to download updated client and also log on to my account with the EA code I had and I was able to successfully enter my code with no problems?
yeah is SE help desk working via phone? or is that 12pm EST or something retarded ?
Honestly, I don't think so. We did not register anything wrong..they are having server issues..pretty sure. I have 2 tickets open. Won't even get to play before work. :/
So basically my beta 4 character is on this first account that is saying is cannot be used in the current environment? Because this second account seems to be the problem how do I deactivate that account?
Regardless of time or not, if you need to have your account rebounded they're offering a one-time change to the proper account, now I would be demanding some sort compensation based on time waiting for support, things such as free game time since you lost access to Early Access.
has anyone tried temporarily deactivating the service that doesnt work then reloading client and trying it again?
