Que up at a crystal. When 7 others que a group is formed, ready checked and the group leader is allowed to pick any leve for that camp that is not completed by him. The team finishes and all members are asked if they would like to do another. if members drop the group waits in que for more to join. can be done 8 times a reset for super sp and additionally for regular sp.

Now their is a system in place too reward off hour/casual players full sp for their leves. Also it allows hardcore players the advantage of constant play to help out friends or grind until they pass out.

win win or stupid idea?

No this is really anti-social and is basically spoon-feeding people. It's almost as bad as cross-server grouping, but not really since at least you can make friends ^-^. You shouldn't have to automatically group people for people to figure out how to party together :/ What has this world come to?

Just give us FF11's LFG system with improvements(able to search on multiple jobs and stuff).
