I'm in agreement. I was all about ready to swear off Playstation and Square-Enix as a whole due to the shoddy Customer Services Reps that I spoke to the last two days. Now I think I will support Square Enix and Playstation once again and use my refund towards another game- Kingdom Hearts looks good.

XMB Mail had the message about the refund and a link to the store which had me enter a new code. exited the store without downloading. opened ffxiv arr and i'm now downloading the patch. hope you all get yours soon. 12:27 Phoenix Arizona btw
