Well just to confirm I too got the refund, but I can't re-purchase. For a second I thought I could because if you go directly to the item on the webstore it shows that it's available for purchase because the page displays before you're actually logged in. If you move off that page and back you get the "Not available."

I'm going to wait for further instructions.

You cannot purchase it because it is still in your purchase/transaction history. Best thing to do now is wait until midnight and hope that your services will expire, allowing you to repurchase again.

All the sony support reps are telling people that we won't be able to get the game til sometime next week. I doubt they all have the same story if it's not what they were told to say. We get the game for free, but we miss early access.... fuck....

I'm just stating what I'm seeing others say after their conversations with the sony support reps. Of course I have no proof, even if I called or chatted myself, I can't be sure, but it's not looking good.

Well the person who posted it never commented back in this thread. Plus anyone can make something like that using Photo Bucket.

Besides if you think about it, we have our money and the game expires by the end of the night.

What is stopping us from re purchasing it after it expires?

I was refunded but can't repurchase the game so I deleted the file and still can't purchase the game and according to my account history I still own the game and am re-downloading it now. None of this makes a lick of sense.
