PC download changed to PS3

So i downloaded the game and played through the beta. Pre-ordered the game a few days ago.

I received an email for a PC order

Product Name: FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn [PC DOWNLOAD] (Pre-Ordered)

My profile page on Square Enix site showed a PC version ordered and registered to my account.

I went to put in my product key to get registered for early access. For 6 hours strait, i kept getting an error 3, please try again later. I went through and updated all my account info like other people had done on the forums with no luck. So after trying for 6 hours you can imagine my dismay when it finally runs through and instead of sending my Windows early access code, it emails me a confirmation and changed all of my registered game information, over to PS3. So now I'm pretty much screwed on early access or even being able to play the game, until after launch. And i thought that no one could be worse than EA when it come to game launches.

wtf new issue cropping up not effecting alot tho all i can say is try to get another pre order key from amazon then cancel the pre order

I am in that boat too, same with my girlfriend, we aren't happy at all at the moment, we quit WoW for this, so if this doesn't work out, we will be VERY unhappy.

As I explained before, they fixed one error with another error.

they fixed the error the other day why is it doing it now its a very rare issue atm i havent read about it any where else

This isn't rare, my girlfriend has the same issue, her family and a couple of our friends, plus I have been browsing google and other people are having this issue too.

I can't believe you cant just play on whichever system, who cares? why limit it and cause these stupid issues. I have the same problem PC code and want PS3. It registered the code to PC on the SE account so now It says invalid account on my ps3...... dot dot dot
