PC download changed to PS3

I can't believe you cant just play on whichever system, who cares? why limit it and cause these stupid issues. I have the same problem PC code and want PS3. It registered the code to PC on the SE account so now It says invalid account on my ps3...... dot dot dot

So now I'm forced to try to make a 3 hour phone call 8-6 mon-fri just so i can verify that i will be able to play on the regular launch date. Where is my reimbursement for having to spend three hours on the phone to try to fix their screw up. but who cares they already got my money.

If you already have a PS3 code registered to your account you cannot register another code to change to PC code? That's what I was told.
