If you already have a PS3 code registered to your account you cannot register another code to change to PC code? That's what I was told.

getting a new pre order code wotn solve your problem? hell get a new one and ill get you a 20 digit pc code

umm i did it for my brother early so i could get him on my server with the laptop that has his apperance data on it

honesty this issue is not hard to fix. all they need to do i make 2 early access codes one for PC and one for PS3 and give it out to the people that are having issues.

i bought him ps3 pre order to use since the laptop doesnt runt he game very well but i needed the laptop to be able to get him into my server faster since his character apperance data is on it and not the ps3
