Uhhhh, guys. Good news and bad news....

This was quoted from someone straight from someone else trying to get answers......

I just got off the phone with PSN customer service. I was told SE will be refunding all affected accounts IN FULL. Plus, we will be getting a voucher to redownload the game FOR FREE with "extra entitlements."

Drawback is the XMB message will be arriving early next week.

Submitting for a refund takes 5-7 days and no codes can be used until it goes through.

We cannot preorder from another merchant and use the new code. It will NOT work.

The only thing we can do is wait until SE resolves this. Affected accounts will not be getting EA until we get the XMB message arrives.

Um...., i do not think this is true, no way SE would take the hit of bad publicity to not let us get EA and even miss first few days of the game.

Well... I have my money back... where the H-E-double-hockey-stick are the Devs or this alleged XMB message...

Update: I now have the price of the CE in my wallet on PSN store. now this is when I wish we would have some legit response coming in from the dev team... this is the first time I have actually felt that they are doing a bad job keeping us informed since beta tests started....

I want to play at 5am tomorrow, and now i'm more concerned of needing to download a full client and everything in the am and not just a patch...

can we please get some official feedback on whats going on?
