Quick question I hope I can get a definite answer on something - I'm a legacy 1.0 player and have been in all of the betas thus far. In the last beta I rerolled fresh on a new server - DO I STILL GET EARLY ACCESS?

I'm assuming it is tied to the actual SE service account and not the specific character.. but the servers go live tomorrow morning and I don't want to assume anything and end up not being allowed to log in.

Did I delete my legacy character on Balmung when I created my new dude on Gilgamesh?

There's no time to contact SE support I just now thought about this. When I log in to the FFXIV client I get a "No valid or active service account is able to play..."

When I log in to the SE Account Management system everything is still normal... my original FFXIV service account is still listed.

Hoping that error message is bc the servers are offline and that I am over analyzing.

no your good to go man making a new character wont affect anything

Far as I know ..since I also have characters on new servers I made. when you go to your original legacy world it will list characters you made there .. and legacy is an account status so you should be totally fine =^,^=

Should be in the dev tracker, but it was said that as a Legacy account holder all you have to do is login and you're good to go. Whether you played your Legacy char or not has no bearing on your Early Access.

Character creation during beta phase 4 has no correlation between early access. So long as you are considered to have achieved legacy status on your account, then you will be granted early access.

I am updating this thread to let everyone know that I DID NOT get in. BullS**T!!!! I preordered the collector's edition 1.0, played for months, I have had legacy status the entire time but I guess rerolling f'd it up..! GD-IT!!!!
