legacy account but no access to early access WTF

Unfortunately you're not. There was a thread about it on the beta forums. Some have missed it by as little as 1 day because they'd count 90 days thinking they were good and cancel the day before their 3 month subscription was due.

My account was reactivated on July 26,2012 and was active until shut down. I dont have legacy status symbol but my character is still available on exacalibur which is a legacy server. If it was active from july 26th on i should have EA but i dont. Im getting the same error. I pre-orderd for Ps3 but dont have any codes and I dont have my original preorder recipt. Am i boned for this weekend?

Did you check the email associated with your SE account and other folders? I dont understand how you can not have the promotional codes. I pre ordered about 30 minutes ago and i got an email with promo codes within minutes.

My renewal hits on Jan4 .... Date ticks at Jan 6.
Jan 6 to Jan 31 = 25 days
Feb 1 to 29 = 29 days
Mar 1 to 31 = 31 days
Apr 1 to 28 = 28 days

Total = 113 days.
Right?

I paid for all days days right ... I didn't get any minute free on this, otherwise I would have gotten the message that my account isn't active anymore. Even if I canceled on Apr 28 I could still log till May 4th. I do meet the requirements in any way you want to count it my friend.

Yeah i was in alpha and beta. Ive checked and see nothing.I dont understand why its telling me i dont have an active service account. I was even playing as my lvl 50 in beta phase 2 and 3.

When the legacy campaign was going on they emailed everyone quite frequently stating what you had to do. They also warned people that they would see the legacy icon when they were logging into the game if they qualified. If you did not qualify they warned you down to the exact day you had to subscribe by. Also, they warned if you joined during one of the welcome back campaigns and got a free 30 days with your re-activation, the free 30 days would not contribute to your 90 days towards legacy. They also gave these system messages and ads on the launcher when you loaded up the game.

If you do not have Legacy they will not do anything about it now unless you meet the conditions they advertised for months.

Bro ... Nov 4 2011 to Apr 28 ... I did pass a lot more than the freaking 30 free days even If I would have joined back on this "promo". That is even before the Jan 6 date tick. Let's say Nov 4 to Dec 4 would have been free. Still tick before the Jan 6 date.

The 30 days did not start until after they did the welcome back campaign, which was AFTER Jan 6, 2012. Nov 4, 2011 to Jan 5, 2012 is all irrelevant.

Hmm let's look at it another way

Jan 4th/6th to Feb 3rd: 28 days
Feb 4th to March 3rd: 28 days
March 4th to April 3rd: 31 days
April 4th to May 4th: 30 days

Yeah seems like you're over. The only reason I can think of is perhaps since your first subscription came out Jan 4th (is this even possible?) that it wasn't counted.
