


I tried ordering from Amazon after reading your post, the order went through np but I wasn't given any EA codes.The issue WILL NOT be fixed. Get new pre-order codes WHILE YOU CAN. Once tomorrow rolls over it will be impossible and you will be stuck. Don't wait anymore, pre-order the game, get the code, and cancel said pre-order. That is your only solution beside sharing codes with others.
This was an issue I had too, the game is cross platform and region free, but if you get a code that isn't the same region your account is set to, you're screwed.
I emailed them and got a reply saying that they recieved it and will reply within 48 hours.
I feel the need to point out that those who emailed Square and got a bunch of Beta information like this, did you read the top of the email? Because this message is simply one that they send to say "We have it and we'll reply soon" They aren't throwing out of date BETA information at you to shut you up.Thank you for contacting the SQUARE ENIX Support Center.

They usually send the pre-order bonus immediately with the order but there is a possibility they either ran out of them or are withholding for a while due to influx of people ordering and cancelling.
Yeah, people with this issue, including myself, are just sitting in limbo waiting for something to be done.
Whats even funnier is that it's not just early access which is a problem, as I won't be able to play the game after early access until this is solved.
If I don't wake up in the morning and this problem is solved, then I'm going to go play Guild Wars 2 or something, this is such a waste of time.

Edit: I looked up their customer service page, and it gave me the option to have THEM call ME!! My phone rang about 3 seconds after clicked confirm, and I was told I'll have the email with the code in two hours tops. Talk about OUTSTANDING customer service!!

I got an feedback from him that it was a bug, when he asked again the EA code it just gave him the EU code. Thank god he copied the US code, he was able to register the US code and now is able to log in at the client and see the you have to wait until EA begins message. But it was a bug tough
You know, the web page that gives you the 20 digit code DOES say that you can either enter it at the site, OR enter it just after logging in to the game. So theoretically it might work tomorrow morning. Not really sure how they expect us to login to enter the code though, if it keeps saying there is no active account. Maybe you just have to take a leap of faith?
