According to Twitter, they've fixed some code issue that PC buyers were having, so at least someone is working somewhere. Hopefully we're next!

If this is on PSN to fix I figure they have about 45 minutes until they take off for the weekend. Won't that suck?

I work in advertisement and there is no way in hell that we'd have the weekend off if we had a pitch or a campaign to present on Monday. It's part of the job. They know it. We know it. And if there is a problem, we do not leave the room unless it is to get food, use the facilities or put out some other fire. Trust me. These guys are working overtime. They know what is at stake. They know how gamers get. What makes an mmo is the the community and word of mouth. These guys took the server down on sunday to fix a bug, put it back up two hours before beta was over and extended it for 6 hours. If it were anyone else, they would have just ended Beta.

SE says it's a PSN issue. Do you think PSN is working around the clock because I sure don't?

The only thing I got so far is a mail telling me that I can now redeem the codes I got from my retainer to get Early Access.....which is stupid since I bought it from PSN and I don't have any codes!!!

Now I can imagine the level of confuision going on. Someone at PSN and/or SE screwed up really bad....

I had a similar issue with Phase 4, and it was fixed only a few hours before the beta started. Perhaps the solution to this will come at a similar time.

I think they are giving out refunds because people are asking for them. I don't think it's the solution Square-Enix is working on.
