Except by buying the game a few years ago they did pre-order. So argument invalid.I see no reason TO give it to them. Early Access is something given for pre-ordering a game, a sort of incentive. This was done with the 1.0 CE, it was given to those buyers 1.0. It was consumed in 2010. This is irregardless of whether you liked the game or not.
So they've done it again with 2.0. You pre-order, you get early access, an incentive. 1.0 CE purchases got their "reward" already. Again, it's an incentive to pre-order. As for Legacy, SE decided to give that to them on their own, for reasons of their own choosing. Though I can think of a few on my own.
I would feel no entitlement to EA for ARR if I didn't pre-order or have Legacy. Those are the conditions SE has placed on it.
