Early Access code - Wrong Region

I just re-enter the 18 digit code on the pre-order page and it spits out the same EU code again.

You people don't get Error 2 or 3? I keep getting those.

yeah im on hold right now with the support center i doubt they will talk to me....They should be able to give us new NA codes so we can play EA thats all we care about

Nope, stopped getting error 3 early yesterday.


edit: a lot of ppl have said that filling out the profile (name, country, language, etc) helps, not sure if that's what fixed it for me or not, but I did fill it out

Same. Up to 19 emails of the same EU code now.

This is some terribly worthless customer support.

I hope you get some sort of real response. Mention this thread while you're at it, so they can see that it's not just one or two people having the same stupid issue.

Well just tried calling SE and I get a busy signal..... I'm truly astonished that they still haven't come forward & apologized & tried to make things right. They obviously know about it, but say little to nothing about it. Getting really aggravated with this company's poor business ethics.

I contact support. I was sent to EU support, and then they apologized and sent me to NA. But still no results and no answers. -_-
