I wanted to know if I own both copies (PS3 I bought for early access, already owned PC version from 1.0) Can I play early access on both or just the device that I got the code for(PS3)
I am doing the same thing and having the issue of Eu code for an NA account, but I ultimately paid for the PS3 version not the early access. The early access is just a bonus. That's probably splitting hairs though.
They entice people to pre-order the game with the bonuses of having Early Access and a few in-game items. To take-away those bonuses is not something a respectable company would do. You should've seen what happened to the game "War Z" when they made false claims to their players who pre-ordered their game.. Valve took their game off steam before they could get their crap together.

I've tried again today and still comes up with that error. The codes are valid. I already have the 20-digit Early Access Code for the NA version starting with "RAAU".
I've already tried changing region or language, nothing works.
I wonder if it might be because everyone's topic is the same and they know they can't assist you. I know they're actively trying to fix the region stuff so at least you have that to hang onto. Still that's no excuse for them to just make you wait 2+ hours then just tell you "tough luck". -_-
