Well I kind of wish they at least gave me some "we're working on it" answers rather then just cancelling my request =/
PSA: If you got a PS3 EU code and need a NA code customer support said that to keep trying to redeem your codes on PSN because their fix will enable you to redeem your codes on there eventually.
Live Chat and Customer support is worhtless on this issue, I was on the phone and queing for text chat and either can do ANYTHING, and once they found out they couldn't help me that hung up on me, jerks!!!! I am so pissed right now I may just cancel my pre-order all together.
