Just make sure your account is set to the correct region before activating the code.
Is there a way to check and make sure that the second code, 20 digit, was added to the account correctly?

Region issues in 2013. Way to go SquareEnix.
I'll probably miss EA because of this stupid thing. Can't register my 12 digit code to my PS3.
Llan Hana.

Sigh...
Llan Hana, did you get the game from SE NA (digital)?

After 3 days of trying I managed to input my preorder code. Today, I received what appears to be my actual early access/game registration code via e-mail. I followed the link given to attach it to my account and I get a message saying the code is invalid. I'm assuming this is because normal code registration is unavailable, or they've issued me a code for the wrong region.
Yeah had to phone them up to get it re sent, at least i finally got it, thanks guys
Question
I already have 1.0 standard edition PC and legacy status
if i want the pre order bonus, will i be able to use the digital CE PC?
Pre-ordered a Collectors Edition a while back.
Received my Early Access code just over a week ago and redeemed it on August 18th through the link provided. This registered the game on my old NA account.
Well now I find that I should have also gotten a second code, but didn't.
But more importantly when trying to get that second code by logging in through the code redemption link which takes me to the EU site as I am in Australia, Square Enix has created a duplicate account dated August 23rd which has no game at all attached.
The launcher accesses the EU site as that is where my Final Fantasy XIV should be and tells me I have no game attached.
Both accounts use the exact same username/password, but for whatever reason these two accounts do not share information, nor do they link. Leaving me with a game on my NA account that cannot be accessed, and no game on my EU account!!
All efforts to get Support have been futile. Live Chat closes telling you there is no Contact Staff available soon as you get to your turn after waiting in line 2 hours. Phone Support for Australia does not exist. And email doesn't even acknowledge support requests.
