Thought I might add this, I had the EU/NA error and went back and re entered my pre order code. I received a new code in the correct region for early access. Not sure if that what they want us to do but hey.
You got a new PSN code issued to you? I've not had that happen. Keep getting the same PSN code returned to me.

this issue is crazy I am like most of you here, but all of my codes worked just fine! I pre-ordered at my local gamestop, the EA registration code was on my receipt. As soon as I got home after pre-ordering I submitted my email on the pre-order site and was told to wait for and email with further instructions ( which I still have yet to receive).
When I heard the site for EA registration was up I didn't even try to enter my code instead I waited until people started saying they were able to get thru an decided to give it a shot. My code got Error 3 for almost 3 try's then I refreshed my URL, edited my SQuenix account with up to date info including linking my psn account, logged out and then back in, and tried my code again which then allowed me to redeem and gave me my 12 digit psn code (which worked fine on PSN)
I verified on my account management and services that my EA and FFXIV service was indeed active and ready to go, its even correct in my SQuenix account.
I don't know where the issue is or why its worked for some and not others (the world may never know)
I am NA east coast PS3 btw

Does anyone know if the second 12 digit code that you get after you register the EA is for downloading the client only? I have seen other people enter the 12 digit code who participated in phase 4 and was met with the same download they already have. These ones with the faulty code might be okay if they already have the client from phase 4. Does anyone have any info on this?
I have the PSN digital standard edition and my account services list ARR: early access, ARR: standard edition, and ARR: open beta. After reading a few post on here i tried to log in. The client was updated and I could sign in and accept user agreement. There was no option to link with my psn. and its says I dont have an account to play ARR. I assume its because the game hasn't started. There was also news of a 6.5 hour psn maintenance. It states the FFXIV:ARR is affected as a result. Dont know if any of that info helps but I wanted to tell someone about it anyway.

So I was able to get past error 3 yesterday morning. In the afternoon, I got an email from SE with a 12-digit code. When I tried to redeem it, it said the code was invalid or expired. This morning, I get another email from SE with the same exact code, but this one had "(PS3)" after the 12-digit code. I tried to enter the code again this morning and got "Error 80023156." From what I can tell, this means that a code has exceeded its redemption limit, but I'm not seeing the Early Access in Services under Account Management. So does that mean I need to get a new code? As swamped as they are, I'm pretty sure that SE won't get to my support ticket, so I guess I'm waiting till the 27th to play.
I've only heard success about this from people that submitted two days ago, and re-submitted yesterday with the correct region under their SE profile. Seems like anyone who had a region scripting error is stuck with an EU code. I tried to have one re-issued quite a few times yesterday, and was responded with the exact same invalid code every time, with that same code also going to my e-mail address six times.
yeah I would like to have EA if possible. Since the week of launch I have out of state house guests but its the items that I really want. I pre-order back in May to make sure I got ps3 physical CE preorder bonuses.I've got a whopping FOUR emails from SE with the same exact, and wrong, PSN code. And they all have "eu" in the sender name. I really hope this gets fixed by Saturday. While I would love to gain EA, it won't kill me to wait until launch, and I can get the preorder bonuses anytime until December :P
