Just tried my code again as well. Still not working. C'mon SE, at least give us PS3 users some sort of update.

Even their Twitter account has been silent since yesterday

I now have 3 emails from SE confirming that I registered my pre-order code, each one giving me a broken key. The code in each of the emails is the same.

Two of my address are from El Segundo, CA and one is from London, but all the codes are the same. The code originally came from the email with the London address.

Now, the PSN is done with maintenance... and my codes still don't work. I sent in a ticket last night, but I'm about to give up hope that customer service will be able to help me before Saturday, due to the sheer amount of people having trouble. I'm happy I'll have the CE, and the game will launch on Tuesday, but I really wanted to play this weekend, when I have more time to devote.

It makes me sad about all these errors with codes. The game is amazing and is going to be tarnished with people's frustration about getting into phase 4 and early access.

I came across this workaround. Has anyone given this a try?
I'm planning to give it a go once I get back home from work.

Ill try this and ill let you know if it works! I redeemed the code ! so im glad that it works, and confirmed that they DID give us EU codes. But hopefully itll be okay once i switch back if not whatever ill just cancel my order and order from PSN

So here's my question: If I do this and it's successful, does that mean that after the official release I can go back to my old PSN account to play or am I stuck playing on the EU account forever????

According to the instructions, you are going back to whatever original account you normally use.
This is running under the assumption that the account binding process happens when you launch the client, not when you put in the redemption code and download it.
Basically IF this works, you will be able to use your NA account.
