You obviously don't know English well, but if you can't verify your identity then they can't reset your one time password. Maybe "your friend" should next time keep track of his emergency removal tool and then there wouldn't be a problem.

One thing I do when I make an MMO account is make a word file with all my info that I used to register the game:
The serial #, name, address etc so if anything happened I'd have all the information right there. I even put down the username and password D:
If you're worried about security, put the file on a small usb stick and keep it somewhere safe, like a desk drawer or something; that way it will definitely be there when you need it
