It's not just providing translations..it's having full time reps like we see with the EN, FR, DE and JP marketing. They'd need to employ persons who could read Portuguese forums and respond to the fans' questions, and provide news, and also do community events like what we saw as far as the international media tour Yoshida took to San Francisco and London.

This is why I said the closest you'd get as far as localization would be a Spanish version.

Another interesting thought is which office would do the localization. EU? NA? I'm not too too familiar with Portuguese (though when I hear people speaking it I understand about 80% of it due to being fluent in Spanish >_>), but aren't there some differences in Brazilian vs European, that's moreso than say, American vs British English?
