Wait... you need the waters to move when the ship moves in a videogame? What for, eyecandy?
SS... uh... that?
And the OP video shows that pretty much. If you wanted the Sea to reflect something, well it reflects the sky, which is blue.

You aren't funny or clever so quit trying.Wait... you need the waters to move when the ship moves in a videogame? What for, eyecandy?

I was asking for a screenshot of the supposed reflections in FFXIVs water. And no it doesn't reflect the sky as it always remains that darkish blue where as the sky, doesn't.

I don't want to be funny and clever, so quit trying to figure out.
And as in a Forum, I guess you should use terms like Screenshot rather than SS which is not well known by the majority of this Forum's users.
I can tell you that the sea remains the darkish blue as it is even when there are clouds.

If you wanted high-quality realism where the water changes color when it rains, reflects the sky even when cloudy, shows deforming when objects pass it and other realistic effects, then I'm afraid games will never make you happy.
I didn't have to figure it out, but suprise suprise trying to be funny again. I'm not interested in pictures from the real world the waters fine here. I'm interested in seeing a ss of the supposed reflections in FFXIV that you seem to have dreamt up.I don't want to be funny and clever, so quit trying to figure out.
