    I want to redeem the Asuran Armguards, I have the XIII Collector's Edtion (!EU!), but the product registration card doesn't say anything about a special item. I registered my copy and never got the code for the Asuran Armguards, can anyone tell me more about this?

    I remember when I registered my FFXIII code to get the armguards they provided me with a really long code to register, which I did, but never got the gloves sent to me when I started the game...

    I ended up just forgetting about them because they would have been just for show anyway in 1.0 but during phase 3 I saw people running around with them and while I was only sent an Onion Helm.

    I sent in a ticket to support to understand the situation and that I had both codes I called support right after (because it was quicker to get a response) and the young guy who was "helping me" was rude and informed me that he could only see that I registered both FFXIII and FFXIV but it was up to the developers of FFXIV to give me the armguards with no other information only that FFXIV was doing Beta Testing...

    So I hope that the Dev Team hears our pleas and allows us to register (again) our codes so that we can get our armguards.

    Thanks to this thread I found out I had the Asuran Armguards code in an email from 3 years ago lol
    Back when I registered FFXIII, I never noticed the email had the code in it. So I've been playing XIV since beta without them.

    I really want them now :<
    I hope they let us register them again...
