    I just went through 2 chat support sessions, and in both cases, after 40 min of waiting apiece, I was canceled out the moment I got to my turn.

    I hate to sound rude n'all, but this is bull****.

    No, it has nothing to do with you being rude. It is bullcrap. It's getting harder and harder to want to continue playing this because I don't want to imagine the day I have to actually contact support with an actual issue.

    Friend had same issue, and he actually got word out of the chat support.

    Agent Jordan G: I'm sorry there is no way to move characters or beta accounts. Once phase 4 happens then you can play on the Legacy account or you can try to contact the forums and they might be able to help.
    You: its one account with two FFXIV service accounts
    You: its one log in name and password
    You: with two service accounts for FFXIV
    You: there is no way to move it or issue a new beta key? Legacy characters are supposed to have gauranteed access to the beta.
    Agent Jordan G: You applied the code to the wrong account and we can not issue you a code again.
    Agent Jordan G: Thank you for visiting the SQUARE ENIX Support Center! Take care and hope to see you online!
    Agent Jordan G has disconnected.
    It's hard not to take that as, "You're stupid for putting it on the wrong account. Have a nice day."

    And yet from what I recall, I never had the option of which account to apply my key to.

    It never gave an option, so it's not the our fault. I spent 2 years selecting FFXIV 2 on the login screen for 1.0, I'm pretty sure I know which account is the main one.
