What did the code slip from FFXIII to get the Asuran Armguards look like?

Bad news bears. Your characters only start with that item on creation, and any characters created after redeeming the code would have the armguards.

Best of luck with that support ticket, however. Maybe they'll be forgiving.

EDIT: Let us know how it goes, because I missed out on the A.A.'s too. If they let you have it, I'd be more than willing to rifle through a few copies of FFXIII to find a code.

Let's say I've registered the Onion Helm and Garlond Goggles to my account, but because of when I made one of my characters, they only have one of these items. Will this character still only have one of the items in FFXIV:ARR? Or will both of them be resent?

In this case, both items would be (re)delivered to the character.

If you still have the unused Garlond Goggle code, it can be registered to your account after the official start of service. Also, all characters created on your service account will receive the item.

Precisely what happened when I used one of my characters appearances during phase 3. One of my accounts received the Garlond Goggles, Onion Helm, and Asuran Armguards. The other other just had the Garlond Goggles and the Onion Helm as I had only purchased one copy of Final Fantasy XIII.
