Any info on the Limit Break System?

The whole party contributes to the filling of the gauge then:

Does each individual get their own special activate and can activate whenever needed (regardless of others activating their individual meter),

or

is it activatable by any party member, but once that one member activates it, the gauge disappears (for all members) and needs to be collectively refilled.

gauge is shared only one person can use their limit break, based on what they were saying during the pre-Ifrit fight (we better use Limit Break so the party won't start the battle with it)
