I was never in any of the shells that catered specifically to end game stuff/relics etc. I had absences because of work that kept me from committing to any serious shells at the time(not anymore). Though I remember a few offering/shouting for members.(hell at the end there so many people were going for relics it funny) I can't really speak for the other shells, but I can say I never had a lack of people to play with. From my shells to random peoples.

I'm sure there are plenty of other Sarg people around to tell you their perspective too.
