Please let those that already own FFXIV 1.0 purchase preorder privileges

No, I want SE to let them PAY for the bonuses without needing to buy a whole new copy. And it doesn't matter if they dropped the game shortly or paid all the way through the two years of its history, nowhere it says that even legacy players get the preorder bonuses, besides the early access.

I read it all, multiple times. The preorder items are mentioned absolutely nowhere.

Only things that are mentioned are the CE items (that don't include the Mog cap and caith sith) and early access.

Well, I'll be pre-ordering another copy anyway, so it doesn't make a difference to me. So I'd be bias on this topic.

I think they make incentives for the exact purpose of pushing CE pre-orders, rather than handing them all out.

the problem is that non-legacy people, that have active accounts, are sort of in a twilight zone.
we're to late for legacy status, and since we already got accounts, there's no reason to pre-order another copy of the game.
Even if we preorder another copy, we wont get early access, unless we start a new account? which is not what we're looking for...
i couldn't care less about cait sith, and that cap, but i'd want early access somehow; but right now there's no way of doing that without pre-order new copy, and early access on new account?
otherwise i'd consider pre-order a CE, but that wouldn't fix the problem either.

I would like to know this as well please, I have no problem ordering the EU physical pre order CE again when its available but only if I can have Cait Sith and the Mog Cap on my legacy character.

I guess this means you can have 2 services active on 1 account; but i guess you only get CE items for the CE version service?
So i don't think this solves the issue of getting early access either; except on the new service, which we couldn't import 1.0 chars from.

People that supported this game since the beginning shouldn't need to buy a second (and for most people useless) copy to get full privileges.

The fact that they get "nice things" is kind of irrelevant, even for a business perspective. Giving people more options to give you money is pretty much always advantageous.

How many do you think will get a full second copy to get two collectibles and early access? I guarantee it's gonna be a negligible percentage.

Offer the same privileges as an upgrade to their account, and the money will roll in much higher quantities, because people will consider it like a DLC, and DLCs sell, a lot.

No one is asking SE to give anything for free. What I'm asking is to grant those privileges for a fee.

Oh, well, paying for the content might be understandable. As long as it doesn't inspire cash shops. I F-n HATE cash shops. WITH A MOTHER F'N PASSION!

But overall, it's not really a huge deal. It's a moogle cap and a walking stuffed animal for crying out loud. I'll be too busy walking around with my behemoth companion and wearing my pirate hat from V1.X, personally. Even though a moogle hat would be cute on my little guy.
