Go to Gamestop and pre-order the game for $5. You'll get a code for early access.

That fee is the cost of another copy. Reality sucks but that's the truth of it. If you pre order the ps3 version I guess adding that onto your account would cover the extra goodies with the bonus of being able to use two different platforms. Of course if you have no ps3 then that option isn't very appealing.

You can't get two collectibles. Usually with things like this..these items will be "Rare Ex" And you'll only be able to get one anyway...

But what I'M concerned about...is the fact that those of us who already have it...won't be getting the box art, book, etc. PHYSICAL bonuses (not in game bonuses) without having to rebuy the game.

So, I guess my concern should be, "Are the PS3 and PC Collector's edition bundles EXACTLY the same?"

I read it all, multiple times. The preorder items are mentioned absolutely nowhere.

Only things that are mentioned are the CE items (that don't include the Mog cap and caith sith) and early access.
