Louisioux's tattoo theory

Crystal Tower is the tomb of Xandes, the first Allagan Emperor and possibly Nael's original goal before he was warped by the dragons. Most of the inspiration for the lore involved with that is likely to come from Xande of Final Fantasy III.

I'm not quite sure what's up with the tattoos, but I found it interesting that Lou had one tattoo, white on the left, and Uri had one tattoo, black on the right, and everyone else had two on the neck.

I'm honestly hoping Louisoix is just dead. He sacrificed himself - that should mean something more than an excuse to pull a Gandalf. I've heard a few times that maybe he'll be Odin; where does that idea come from? I'm interested, but isn't Odin as old as Bahamut and why would an Archon of the Twelve become a primal, never mind an Elder one?

A fell knight clad all in black, Odin roams paths long forgotten beneath the canopy of the Black Shroud.
There are none now alive who know the truth of when or by whom this elder primal was first summoned into the world. Ever vigilant as he sits astride his mighty steed, Sleipnir, it is said that Odin is drivenly solely by the desire to do battle with worthy foes.

Odin is a primal that walking around black shroud and each time someone kill him he become stronger. Too the point that he can no longer be killed by normal linkshell. So this going to be a fun elder primal to fight i think the storyline is that he lost his memory and each time he killed and he come back he gain more memory and more of his elder powers.

At least that what people told me that they read somewhere that yoshi-p said.

I'm always glad when someone agrees with me on that point. I'm all for people coming back from the dead on occasion, I'm all for deaths we didn't know weren't deaths at all, etc. But this isn't one of those times. He selflessly sacrificed himself during an emotional song and then everybody cried. You don't #### that up after. It's done.

It's like in Gundam Seed DESTINY when they

brought back Mu La Flaga. There goes all the emotion I felt in the finale! GONE.

As I find this quite likely, it surely means that instead of saving us, Lou teleported us into stasis for five years FOR NO REASON. Grr.

Hey, if we didn't age, we got back five years of our lives back and we get to spend them around something other than people whining about the Calamity. That's not all bad! I bet they've even rebuilt most of my local haunts and fixed the economy.

I know what you mean they should not fuck that up. I know SE said something along the line that he dead but you see what really happen in storyline so i can't wait for that.
