Let's take part in the Japanese FFXIV text art :D

After posting an "answer" to the question, your text will be rendered into a Text Art image of the current wallpaper theme. Once the entire image has been rendered, will the original wallpaper be unlocked.

All the way at the bottom of the page, there's a "Look"-button. You will be redirected to the Text Art page where all of the wallpapers can be found with their Text Art variants. In order to view that, press on the numbered buttons next to it.

You will see the full Text Art image and your text should be in there... Somewhere. (^_^ )

So let me get this straight, we play their game to get awesome FFXIV pictures; by posting answers to FF questions with an FFXIV tag appeneded; by posting on Twitter and Facebook. That's genius.

I've just tested it, and it only appears to work in Internet Explorer 10. You should see this:

Log in with the account you've submitted your answer. If you go to the "Look" page then, you should see a small red icon above the Text Art that contains your answer. For example:



As you can see, my answers are mentioned in the 1st Text Art image of the Bard and the 2nd Text Art image of the Dragoon.

It looks like 5/16 is when it changes next. (someone who knows jp will know for sure.)
