NDA lift could start at any point after phase 2 ends. When does phase 3 really start? When the servers go up? Or when Phase 2 ends and anyone with a registered SE account is allowed to access the forums? Did they invite people to phase 1 right when phase 1 servers went up or a week/weeks before?

Yep, but as pointed out, Foxclon's countdown goes to the 26th... a day before that starts. But I guess he could be off a day or maybe they're going down on the 26th and getting the XIV stuff set up or what have you?

Sigh Nix. Sigh. I was using phase 3 as a time period to base when NDA would be being lifted. Obviously NDA isnt lifted until there is an official annoucement as the start of phase 3 does not also mean NDA is lifted. However, my point being is that NDA could potentially get lifted as soon as phase 2 officially ends or it could even be much after phase 3 servers go live.

I think it will be a new limit break trailer. They talked about it being almost complete during the last live letter. That was a while ago and we just got the translation a few days ago so it really should be any day. And ya, the devs have been pretty quiet since the beta started, leaving us all high and dry while we wait... bout time they released something for the bitter dregs like us! lol

You may be smarter than that, but as a word to everyone else who may not be as intellectually gifted... if they went and streamed right at the start of phase 3 they'd lose their accounts faster than $5 in a cheap stripjoint

I probably should have said that my post was aimed at people in general and not just you in particular. Try taking it as friendly advice instead of someone trying to insult your intelligence :/
