What will be the first thing you do right after FFXIV:ARR official launch?

well, the roadmap says they'll be stress testing the housing system in phase 4... we'll have to see how soon housing becomes available.

As for after release, I'd like to go fishing. I'm not going to wait, though, assuming they put in fishing during phase 3, I'll be doing that then too. Since we'll all be admitted to beta in phase 3.

It will be in beta as they need to test it, that is why it was shown. It is planned to release with the first major update within 6 months of launch.

For me, I'll run to the housing area and buy all the deed with all my gils lol.
Limsa look promising since it got a beach.

I think the only housing available would be for FC. Even when they do release homes for us it would take a long time to get access. Yoshi-p said that people would be using there inn for a while to they get the quest done it not going to be anywhere as easy as the inn quest. That and we still not sure how much it going to cost once we do get access


back on topic: I myself would be getting all my item off the NPC. Fixing everything up and start finding way to make money and sell items.

I busted my tail getting my Luminary Rod, I'd better be able to show it off! My default "outfit" is full Maelstrom Lieutenant's gear and my gold rod.

After fishing I'll investigate the Musketeer guild, yell at the people behind the counter that dammit I outrank them give me a gun! When they don't I'll ride around La Noscea a bit on my horsebird.
