Random Beta invites FTL....

So I just found out my brother, who never played FFXIV, has been invited to beta..

I did so much in this game to build the community and keep people playing.
I spent soo many long nights and crazy hours, beating everything there was to beat, building and organizing parties and helping everyone I could..
Yes I even paid for a few months, but not enough for legacy..

But people who didn't even care about FFXIV, are getting beta invites for ARR, before people like me? Man, I feel like I got slapped in the face..

Ugh, I guess I just have to deal with it..
No hate.. Wishing for all good things to everyone..
Just reaaally was hoping to get into this beta..

Yes simple answer is that they want people who never played FFXIV to play it. It's to promote there game so they have more player base at release. Also they get a better understand on what players who never play ffxi/ffxiv want for there game so they could bring even more players.

I have lot's of friends who also got the invite who never played FFXIV but that the point lol.

every time beta are send out we always get a topic about someone saying about the same thing... no wonder NA forums have so many topics we make 550000 about the same thing.
