Will I get suspended?

Well not myself but my sister. Basically I was going to play my sisters account for a bit to give some of her lower jobs a boost while she is at work tomorrow. If I log into her account on my PC at my house, will she get suspended for suspicious activity when she tries to log in on her PC at her house when she gets home because of the different IP addresses?

She doesn't have a security token as she used my buddy code to make her account and I had heard people were getting suspended when they tried logging in somewhere else, is this still the case as I don't want to get her suspended because I played her account for a bit?

I only log into the game from my house, but I do log into the forums from my work computer. That alone was causing me to trigger the "suspicious activity", so yes, it can quite possibly trigger the temporary block (change password) thing. So I got myself a security token (well, I just activated the one that came with my CE) and haven't had problems since.

You might get flagged for security and will have to approve the extra IP access later. But you shouldn't be completely blocked.

Approve the extra IP? How? When I travel I get suspended every time I log on somewhere else. I have to reset the password. So, it is just a hassle for 3 minutes.

What do you need to do then to unblock the account then, if it doesn't take long then I might go ahead and play her account for a bit. I thought you might need to ring SE or something which is always a lot more hassle than it should ever be.

You'll just have to follow an e-mail to reset your the password each time you play at a different location.

Ahh so if I try to login here will I have to reset it before I can play or will she have to reset it after I have played when she tries to login back at home?

The security seems to trip differently for everyone. I've been logging in from home, college, my friend's college and at multiple friends' houses without any issues since launch and obviously, since they implemented the extra security measures.

The first time you play at a different location, there's no problems. But the next time you log in after playing in a different location, you will have to change password.

Do we need to log in from the same IP forever?

In my country, IP Address will change everytime we reconnect the router
