The sun's journey through the zodiac doesn't precess. The location of the spring equinox does, but that's been known for many thousands of years.

Except the spring equinox is defined as the point where the ecliptic (the apparent Sun's path) crosses the celestial equator... soooo yes, the Sun's journey does precess. Sure it still passes through all the zodiac signs throughout the year---that doesn't change and won't unless the Earth's axial tilt (or its whole orbit) changes---but it does change in which calendar month the Sun appears in a given constellation as long as we hold to constantly adjusting our calendar to keep it in line with the seasons (i.e. to keep the vernal equinox fixed around March 21 regardless of where in the celestial sky it is instead of allowing it to drift into other months over time, such that northern hemisphere winter won't ever happen in July). But this has indeed been known for a long time, I will not argue that.

So true. My cats go "meh" on catnip, but they go totally >O_O> at the smallest hint of valerian. First time I saw that reaction from them was when I drank some tea with valerian and my cat ran up to me and put his paw right into my cup.... =_=

Do you know what I think would be a fab addition to ARR? Storytellers dotted around the world that give you access to FFI-VI and reward you for completing them in-game. Because I want to be able to play Final Fantasy whilst playing Final Fantasy.

Anyone else got any fab ideas that will DEFINITELY NEVER HAPPEN?
