    Technically it's just an editing mistake by the poster, not a grammar/usage error.

    Edit: Gah! I see it now. (Nobody's perfect.) The "are" should be "be", though it sounds awkward and should probably be rephrased.
    Oh ok, I see it now but I understood what he was meaning. Mistakes happen though, no biggie.
