I don't mind dungeon NMs, but I also like to have open world NMs as well! Gives the land not such a controlled feel to it, it feels more real. I would love both

They will be implemented simultaneously with the first part of the combat system revamp that is estimated to arrive during the Spring. It can only mean April and May and I doubt it means April.

hes wrong though, it wont be next month, next month we will get the rest of the battle changes probly, maybe even for 1 month after that
once all the battle changes are in, the dungeon will be released alongside that(which is what they said they are waiting on)

seen how lite we gotten so far i think 2012 is a good estimate , although i only used that date for the person(forgot who) who said it was coming with ps3 release.

2012 is being nice, i dont see ps3 version anytime soon.
