    If you stop cold turkey you're gonna give yourself a mega headache, my little sis is having the same trouble with energy drinks ><. Try to wean yourself off it slowly, but stay hydrated to hep fight off the pain^^

    I blame International Delight because it tastes too good! Even tho, I drink like 2-3 cups a day and I have learned not to drink energy drinks many years ago. yay!

    I agree, International Delight tastes sooo good><, I can't drink it often though haha; after I quit my caffeine addiction I get headaches from drinking too much lol ;~;
