Hi Tralynn,Bayohne, if you are in contact with support you might mention that my account said the same but I was able to fix it by reactivating a "cancelled" account that was showing under my services. One says Legacy and the other doesn't but it still worked for me. I think that it was an account I made for the original beta so maybe somehow they get glitched together. Hopefully this might work for the OP.
There's actually a separate issue going on than the one you mentioned, but thanks for posting and trying to help outVery appreciated!
