Error: Beta cannot be registered with this Square Enix Account

I'm not sure if anyone else has this exact same problem but I've seen some similar ones in other post.

First off I have two accounts.
One was disabled back at launch because of a glitch, and it says "Unusable" on Account 1 (FFXIV1: Unusable Account).
Account 2 (FFXIV2: My Legacy account) is active, but it WILL NOT let me apply any codes.

When an attempt to enter the code is made this error appears:
"Services related to FINAL FANTASY XIV, including FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Beta Version, cannot be registered with this Square Enix Account."

I noticed in the the Beta invite that it says that the beta key is for account 1 (FINAL FANTASY XIV1.
I've been wondering if I need a Beta key for Account 2 (FINAL FANTASY XIV2 then maybe it would let the account to be registered?

Beta is in less then 2 days, I seen lots of people got new codes issued to fix their registration issues. I never got such a code, or any response from any of my many attempts to contact SE other then "We need to escalate your case".

With luck someone out there had the same problem and found a fix.

I have the same problem but oposite to you, my code is for my legacy service not the unusable. In my opinion is a problem with how they terminated the bugged "service".
I contacted with support center and their response so far were: answer some questions (related to the beta email and the account) and a "we will send this issue to head office."
This was on thursday and still no reply. If I get new info that can help you, will post here.

People really need to stop making 10 topics about the same issue or read the dev post on the right side. Not trying to be rude but it seem like on both forums people just don't read.

I just posted a solution for those of you that accidentally registered your key to the incorrect service account. Please follow the instructions in my post and we'll work to resolve the situation.

You wont get a code you have to fill out a support ticket if this is not the issue you having then go to the support area for SE and fill a ticket and it be fix for you.

You wont get a code you have to fill out a support ticket if this is not the issue you having then go to the support area for SE and fill a ticket and it be fix for you.

People really need to learn to read.

you still can make a ticket for that issue also lol or you could have ask that question within the same topic it still a issue dealing with codes.

you can do a live support but i don't think they work on sunday.

I don't know if this is related to the problem that everyone has or not, I have a legacy account and did not get a code >.<. I never actually applied for one since I thought I should get it automatically with my legacy account.
I tried to log in to the Beta forums but I got a message saying that I cant log in since my account was canceled >.<

I was a bit shocked!
I have two accounts Final Fantasy xiv 1 which was canceled long time ago
and final fantasy xiv 2 which is still active and has legacy account.
I have two questions to everyone
Do you still need to apply for a beta tester even if you are a legacy account holder?
also, when I got the message saying that my account was canceled, did anyone experience this problem?
