-> Maybe it's only some fluctuation. But i would recommend to try out the latest drivers for your graphics card.

There isn't support for crossfire, you#re hurting your scores if you do have them in crossfire

Found out what it was, its a 500W Alpine. The guy I spoke to said to get a 700W PSU.

According to the official nvidia site, a gtx 550 requires at least a 400w psu, so i think you'll be all right

atleast i didnt get any heat issues. thought my computer was gonna blow up when i ran this.

im pertty sure its more GPU then your CPU with ARR. i got a i7 860 and i beat your score with gtx480
afriend of mine beat my score with a socket 1156 i5 same as my i7 but has gtx680.

the real game should run a bit better since this is a benchmark.

I've played ffxiv for 2 years using windows 7 and directx 11. Apparantly, the benchmark won't run with other than directx 9, although looking thru the various posts here, others appear to be just fine with directx 11. Any guidance or clarification here? I honestly don't understand directx other than it's used to run games. I'm of the impression that windows 7 required directx 11, but it's supposed to be backward compatible. Thanks.

DirectX versions are backward compatible. Having the latest DirectX version will do just fine. The benchmark runs using DirectX 9 is all.
