Its actually kind of annoying when I had it. On an older build of the Unreal 3 engine editor, if I had SLI enabled... it ran like crap and had all sorts of issues, so I had to turn it off everytime I wasn't gaming and using that... was a pain.

The benchmark isn't using SLI correctly that is why the score is being dragged down when its on.
Then again I've seen U3ED crash when a friend's keyboard was plugged into a machine. So that's not saying much. Something about that keyboard which had an LED display would crash U3ED on any machine, as soon as it was plugged in. Pretty fantastic.

As numerous people have said though, you're not going to get any improved performance for the benchmark.
