    I don't like the big arm swing and goosestepping either. It seems any moment they're going to yell "HEIL"

    Why can they just walk normally?

    In theory, because their 'normal' walk would be really friggen bizarre if they managed to keep pace with the Leglords that are the Elvaan

    Seriously they just have to take faster steps. Like how their chocobos do.
